When can I order cookies?
Anytime! Cookie orders are always open.
When is the weekly order cutoff?
Place your order by Sunday at 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time for Monday baking and Tuesday shipping. Orders placed after the cutoff are included in the following week's bake.
Can I order Half & Half?
Yes! Our four-pack includes 2 of each flavor, our eight-pack includes 4 of each, and our twelve-pack includes 6 of each. You can also choose a full box of either flavor.
Our Cookies
What makes MOBAY cookies special?
Small-batch cookies made with brown butter and premium chocolate, with delicately crisp edges and soft, chewy centers.
What is the difference between the two flavors?
Both are made with brown butter and chocolate chunks. Our miso option adds a subtle savory depth that complements the sweetness of the chocolate.
What ingredients do you use?
Our cookies use butter, milk, eggs, cane sugar, granulated sugar, dark chocolate, milk chocolate, vanilla, baking soda, and all-purpose wheat flour. Our Brown Butter Miso Chocolate Chunk flavor also includes miso. This is an ingredient overview rather than a complete, verified ingredient declaration; the full ingredients of the chocolate and miso are still being checked.
What about food allergies?
Contains milk, wheat, and eggs. Other allergens, including soy, may be present in the chocolate or miso. Our cookies are made in a kitchen that is not allergen-free and does not accommodate special food-allergy needs. Cross-contact is possible. Shipping & Delivery
When will my cookies ship?
We bake on Mondays and ship on Tuesdays. Delivery time depends on the carrier, service selected, and destination.
How much is shipping?
Your shipping cost is displayed at checkout before you place your order.
Will my cookies always arrive in the same packaging?
Our packaging may vary depending on availability, so the presentation of your order may look a little different from the photos shown on our website. What never changes is our commitment to packing your cookies thoughtfully and with care.
Will my cookies always arrive in one piece?
Our thin cookies are delicate, and some crumbling may happen during shipping, even with protective packaging.
What if my cookies completely crumble?
If your cookies completely crumble, send a photo to indulge@mobaycookies.com and we will arrange to reship your cookies. Because of their delicate texture, some breakage may recur during shipping.
Special Occasions
Can I include a special message with my cookies?
Yes! Choose a box on our Special Occasions page. Add an optional printed occasion card for $5 per box and include a personalized message of up to 50 words. Birthday, Celebrate, and Just Because cards are available. The standard MOBAY cookie packaging stays the same.

Keep cookies sealed in an airtight container at room temperature and follow any storage instructions included with your order.
