Because our cookies are delicate, some cracking or crumbling may occur during transit, even with protective packaging. A small amount of breakage is possible and does not necessarily indicate damage to the entire order.
If Your Cookies Completely Crumble
If your cookies completely crumble during shipping, please send us a clear photograph of the cookies and packaging at indulge@mobaycookies.com. We will arrange to reship your cookies.
Please note that because of the fragile nature of our cookies, some breakage may occur again during the replacement shipment.

Keep your cookies sealed in an airtight container at room temperature, away from heat and moisture. Please follow any storage or best-by information supplied with your order.
